1.Cut the bread into rectangular slices.

2.Melt the white chocolate and spread a thin layer on one side of each slice of bread. Repeat the process until all slices are coated. Place the bread in the refrigerator for about 3 minutes to set the chocolate.

3.Once the white chocolate is set, place the coated side of the bread on a spatula. Spoon more white chocolate over the bread to cover it completely. Gently tap to smooth the surface, then place the bread on parchment paper and let it set.

4.Pipe a layer of whipped cream (about 1 cm thick) on the white chocolate toast and add a small amount of strawberry jam in the center.

5.Sandwich the two slices of white chocolate toast with the cream side facing each other.

6.Slice the strawberries in half and decorate the sides with the strawberries for a beautiful presentation.
